- If a learner is under the age of 18 ("Minor"), the account must be created with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

2 Account Registration & Security

3 Intellectual Property Rights

- Permitted Use: Content is provided strictly for individual, non-commercial educational study.

4 Code of Conduct & Acceptable Use
When using Netque.in, you agree NOT to:
- Attempt to bypass security controls, reverse-engineer quiz mechanics, or scrape data using automated tools (bots, crawlers).
- Disrupt platform performance or overload server infrastructure.
- Post or transmit any abusive, unlawful, or harmful material in feedback forms or discussion channels.
- Share premium account access details with non-registered third parties.

6 Subscriptions & Payments (If Applicable)
- Certain premium question sets, mock series, or feature packs may require a one-time fee or subscription.
- All pricing details and validity periods will be clearly stated prior to purchase.
- Unless explicitly stated under an applicable refund policy, digital access fees are non-refundable once content access is activated.
7 Account Suspension & Termination
Netque reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts immediately, without prior notice or refund, for violating these Terms, attempting technical attacks, or engaging in unauthorized commercial sharing of study materials.
8 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Netque.in and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, local internet issues, or typographical errors in study materials.
